Refunds, Returns, and Orders

Below is our refund, return, and order policy:

To submit a return request, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
– Order number
– The product(s) you wish to return/exchange
– A brief summary of your reason for return/exchange
– Proof of damaged item(s)

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange. We will do our best to address this promptly. If in any case we request an item to be shipped back, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs, we do not refund shipping cost.

If your return/exchange is accepted, we will send you the item(s), but will charge you shipping only.

Additionally, we reserve the right to limit returns and to track returns initiated from the same customers or shipping addresses. If we believe that a customer has been or is likely to take advantage of our return policy, we reserve the right to deny returns to any customer.

Coffee Policy

At Chutzpah Coffee Company, we work hard to ensure you are receiving the freshest, highest quality coffee possible. If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value) within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in the same damaged condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Coffee, at this time, cannot be returned for credit or refund.

Merchandise Policy

Merchandise (clothing, apparel and accessories) can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for replacement. Merchandise can only be returned if there is an error of defect with the product. We do not have the capabilities currently to have customers exchange sizes or products. We can however exchange the damaged product for other merchandise items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in the same damaged condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Merchandise at this time, cannot be returned for credit or refund.

Final Sale Items

Please note, that any order (coffee products and merchandise) marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please carefully review all product details, including the products shipping & returns description and all sizing information prior to purchasing.

Processing Time

The warehouse processing times are different for each item in your order. Most in-stock orders are currently shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description page, and in your confirmation email next to each item.

Since each purchased item requires a specific warehouse processing time certain products may delay shipment of your entire order. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.

Orders received after 4 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

Order Status

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. From that email you can view the order status and tracking information.

If you have not received your order, please carefully review any shipping details in the product description and order confirmation email next to each line item before reaching out to support.

Order Changes

We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If your order has not started processing, we will do our best to accommodate all update requests that include address changes or order cancellations, but we can not guarantee a change.

If you have not received your order, please carefully review any shipping details in the product description and order confirmation email next to each line item before reaching out to support.

Once your order has gone into a processing queue with our distribution center, we cannot make any changes. Please check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake with your address, please contact us ASAP with the correct address, and we will do our best.

Rules for Discount & Coupon Codes

Coupons and discount codes do not apply to gift card purchases, shipping charges or other duties, taxes or fees.
Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order. You can not combine an automatic discount with an additional code. Coupons and discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or applied to prior orders.
Coupons and discount codes may or may not apply to sale items. For example, “10% off a Full Price item” offers do not apply to sale items in addition to the exclusions stated above.

Pre-Sale Items

Occasionally we will accept pre-sale and back-orders on certain items and during special events. If you have selected an item that is on pre-sale or back-ordered, the estimated ship date is visible in the product description on our website or in your order confirmation email. Note, pre order items may arrive later than the estimate, we only provide an estimate, and do our best to hit the estimated date.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer shipping to the Contiguous U.S. only. Shipping costs are based on the weight of items shipped. Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days on average for delivery on domestic orders to the Contiguous U.S.. Please note, our merchandise items ship directly from the vendor. These items will come in separate packaging. So be on the lookout for multiple boxes! Merchandise will not come in the same box as your coffee.

Rest of World

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
