Bubbie of the Month – Photo Submission Terms & Release

Permission & Rights

You represent and warrant that you own the photo(s) you submit, or that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions from the person(s) appearing in the photo (and, if applicable, their legal guardians or representatives).

License & Ownership

By submitting a photo, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, publish, distribute, and create derivative works of the photo in any and all media formats, including but not limited to social media, websites, print, and promotional materials, for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that once a photo is submitted, the Company has the right to retain and use the image indefinitely. Submissions cannot be revoked or requested to be deleted after submission, and the Company has full discretion regarding whether, when, and how the image is used.

Selection of Winner

Each month, the Company will select one submitted photo as the “Bubbie of the Month.” Selection will be made at the Company’s sole discretion based on creativity, story, or other factors determined by the Company. Submission does not guarantee any prize or compensation. The selected winner will receive the prize stated at the time of entry.

No Compensation

You understand and agree that you will not receive any payment, royalties, or other compensation for the Company’s use of your submitted photo.

Release of Liability

You release and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of your submitted photo, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights of publicity.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend the Company against any claims or damages resulting from a breach of the representations and warranties you make herein.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
