Bubbie's Blend is a medium-dark roast inspired by our founder's late Safta, with tasting notes reminiscent of her famous plum dumplings with brown sugar, comforting, bold, and deeply rooted in Jewish heritage and family tradition. 

Zayde's Blend celebrates our founder's late Saba, a Holocaust survivor whose strength, resilience, and humor defined a lifetime. Strong and dependable, this blend carries the stories of those who overcame, persevered, and always found reason to laugh and teach.
