I brewed my cup with a Bodum pour-over and ground the beans for roughly 8 seconds for a course-grind that was a little more smooth than what I would use for a French-press. The aroma alone was enough to bring a smile to my face. The first sip was pure caffeinated bliss. Strong notes of citrus blended will with the lighter note of chocolate and cream had me toss my jar of Pike Place in the trash! Mozel Tov to the roasters at Chutzpah Coffee. I ordered two bags & they arrived pretty quickly. One bag was packed in a freeze dried bag & the other was loose in the bag. I don’t know why the two bags were packed differently . I used the loose packed bag first. The coffee is light, which I love , and delicious. I will be ordering again.
